Booking & Treatment Policy

Client Responsibility

It is the client’s responsibility to:

  • Provide accurate medical information and disclose relevant health conditions and allergies.
  • Arrive on time for appointments.
  • Understand and comply with the deposit and cancellation policy.

Practitioner Rights

The practitioner reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable based on medical history, allergies, pregnancy/nursing status, or other clinical considerations.

Booking Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking any treatment.
  • Deposits are deducted from the final treatment cost at the appointment.

Multiple Treatment Bookings

  • When multiple treatments are booked, appointment time is allocated specifically for all treatments selected.
  • If, upon attending the appointment, the client chooses to cancel any of the treatments, the full cost of the cancelled treatment(s) may be charged.
  • If the client wishes to replace the cancelled treatment with an alternative treatment, this may be done without penalty, subject to practitioner approval and suitability.

Age Requirements

  • All treatments at Chic Aesthetics Cornwall are strictly available to clients aged 18 and over.
  • Proof of age may be requested.

Pregnancy & Nursing

  • Treatments at Chic Aesthetics Cornwall are not recommended and not suitable for individuals who are: Pregnant, Nursing/breastfeeding
  • Clients must inform the practitioner if they are pregnant or nursing prior to treatment.

Allergy Considerations

Clients with a known or suspected fish allergy must disclose this during consultation. Polynucleotide treatments are not suitable for individuals with confirmed fish allergies.
